About This Agreement
1.1 This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User") and the developer of this game ("we," "us," or "the Developer") regarding your use of the game Bubble Blaster Match (the "Game").
1.2 By downloading, installing, or launching the Game through app stores including but not limited to the Apple App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement and our associated Privacy Policy.
1.3 If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not use the Game. Where platform policies or applicable laws require you to confirm an updated version of this Agreement before continued use, you must complete such confirmation; failure to do so may result in restricted access to the Game.
1.4 We may revise this Agreement from time to time. Revised terms shall become effective upon publication within the Game or on our official website. We encourage you to periodically review the latest version.
1.5 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all of the Game services at any time, and may restrict or terminate your access to the Game without prior notice.
Access and Use of Services
2.1 You are solely responsible for any network communication and other related fees incurred through your access and use of the services.
2.2 By using the Game, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have your legal guardian read and agree to this Agreement before using the services.
2.3 You assume all risks associated with downloading and using the Game.
Accounts and Game Data
3.1 The Game is a casual game that does not require account registration to play.
3.2 Game progress and related data are primarily stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the Game, clearing cache, or changing devices may result in the loss of game progress. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for such loss.
3.3 iCloud Backup (iOS Devices Only): You may choose to use Apple's iCloud service to back up your game data. This service is provided independently by Apple Inc., and all related data management shall be subject to Apple's iCloud terms and policies.
Paid Content and Virtual Items
4.1 In-game virtual currency (such as coins, gems, etc.) may only be obtained through officially recognized channels. We reserve the right to remove, without prior notice, any virtual currency or items acquired through irregular, illegal, or exploitative means.
4.2 Virtual currency and items are for in-game use only and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, physical goods, or transferred to other users.
4.3 We reserve the right, upon reasonable notice, to adjust the types, pricing, or functionalities of virtual items or currency.
User Conduct Guidelines
5.1 All actions and content generated by you while using the services shall not infringe upon the lawful rights of any third party and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.2 You agree to abide by generally accepted social norms and codes of conduct. In the event of a breach of this Agreement, we reserve the right to take measures including, but not limited to, account suspension.
5.3 Any form of cheating is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to the use of unauthorized third-party software, exploitation of game bugs, interference with normal service operations, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property
6.1 All intellectual property rights in the Game as a whole and in its constituent parts (including but not limited to source code, object code, documentation, art assets, character designs, etc.) are solely owned by the Developer. Without our prior written authorization, no individual or entity may reproduce, distribute, or use the Game in any form.
Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1 The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.2 We shall not be liable for any losses arising from force majeure events, third-party service interruptions, or your own improper use of the Game.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the services.
Governing Law
9.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Severability
10.1 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Assignment
11.1 We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement to an affiliate or acquirer without obtaining your consent. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
